Welcome to the LS Pilates Club. I’m Lisa Singer and through the brilliant Pilates method, I will guide you on a journey to become a better version of yourself whatever your level.

Pilates will be the best commitment you make to your mind and body and  I am thankful every day to have discovered this miraculous practice. Today's culture presents us with so many challenges that our bodies become easily worn, our posture is compromised, and stress shows up often resulting in tightness and pain.

 

I want to help people get strong, manage their wellbeing, reduce injury , and feel great!
