  2. Your health information - his may be used to adapt sessions and exercises to suit your individual needs and used for health and safety purposes. 

  3. Purchase information (we do not collect payment details, this is done via a third party, see below)

  4. Session attendance information.

  5. Communication information and email usage

  6. We do not collect or store any payment transaction data. Payment transactions are provided directly by the user via bank transfer or using Paypal , a third party provider, please see paypal’s privacy policy when you choose to use this method of payment.

Data that is given to us by you

  • Through a personal recommendation and so we  may contact you directly you with session offers and information.

  • Via referral letters/correspondence from your respective 3rd party referrer (Consultant/GP/Physiotherapist/ Osteopath/ Personal trainer).

We will primarily use your data to:

  1. Administer and manage our service and timetable.

  3. Personalise your experience at LS Pilates Club and adapt sessions to adhere to health and safety for clients.

  4. Contact you if there is information or a query regarding the service we are providing.

  5. Send newsletters and emails about future classes and offers if you have opted into this service.

  6. Respond to any client queries.

Security and data retention

 LS Pilates Club is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Third-party providers with secure systems are also used accordingly to provide certain services (see below)

  1. When you sign up to a session plan on lspilatesclub.com you will create your own chosen password which enables you to make session bookings.We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Password data is encrypted via the booking system provided by Wix.com and we do not have access to this information. You can reset your password at any time.  

  2. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data but do not guarantee the security of your data which you transmit to our site at your own risk.

  3. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or until you request that the Data be deleted.

  4. Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

 

Third Parties

  1. We may share your Personal Information with vendors and other third-party providers who are performing services for Lisa Singer Limited trading as LS Pilates Club/ Lisa Singer.
